Weddings Terms & Conditions 

 

      A $50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be needed to secure your appointment.

Which then will be taken from your service total. 

Services must be paid in full two weeks before the date of the wedding. Once payment is received it is NON REFUNDABLE.

Your information sheet will need to be completed one week prior as well.

✨ONCE BOOKING FEE IS SENT AND RECEIVED THE BRIDE OR BOOKING PARTY IS AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES AND FEES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!✨

Brides or booking parties are responsible for payment of the full invoice to Ems Hairdressing for all services to be provided for the wedding day. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately.

​

In the case of a cancellation of the wedding date by THE BRIDE or BOOKING PARTY, with less than one month's notice, 50% of the total service amount will be due.

In the case of needing to reschedule the wedding date, I will try my best to be accommodating for the new date change. However, any payment from the original date is non refundable but maybe transferable. 

Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. travel, valet, parking, tolls, accommodation, flights if needed etc) 

​Multiple stylists may be needed for large parties and time restraints. If an additional stylist is needed, Ems Hairdressing may offer recommendations for other artists to add on to your team. Ems Hairdressing is not responsible for additional stylists booked separately. 

Entire wedding party: Hair must be clean and completely dry or a $25 fee will be added for additional blow-drying.

Exception for an Actual Blow Wave service  

Max amount of services is 5 Ems Hairdressing can only perform a certain amount of services depending on timing, please contract to see if services will meet your timing.

​No Show 

​

If you are a no show to your scheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and the remainder fee of your service total will apply.

 No future appointment will be made until the fee has been paid.

​​​Cancellations

All cancellations will need 48-hours notice of change. Confirmation must be made and replied to whether it is to reschedule or cancel.

a 50% fee of your service total will apply if you are cancelling in less than 48-hours. 

 No further appointments will be made until the fee has been paid.

​Arriving Late 

​

Please arrive 5 mins before an appointment. Arriving after your scheduled time may result in rebooking or shortening of your service and fees will apply.
